Statement
Biography
An internationally exhibited and collected artist, primarily in the book arts, but also three public installations (The State of Alaska;s University at Fairbanks Campus, The New Tampa Regional Library, The Pembroke Pines Library,Fl.). as well as an acclaimed New Forms Jewelry Designs. Largely influenced by my association with John Cage and his theories.
Collections include: The Library of Congress; MOMA, NYC; The Victoria & Albert Museum; The National Museum of Women in the Arts; The Ruth & Marvin Sackner Archive of Visual & Concrete Poetry; The Arthur Jaffe Archive of Books As An Aesthetic Object, and others.
A recipient of two Artist Residencies to Venice Italy, 2009 & 2012; commissioned works for Dance Companies stage and costume designs in Florida and jewelry for TOUCH ME HEAR, NYC performance, Michael Schimmel Art Center, NY Electronic Arts Festival, June 30, 2013. One dozen one person exhibitions.
