A relief printed book using pressure printing, letterpress and inkjet. The text is a set of 50 short stories of events from my growing up. It started as a remembrance of my mother and expanded out to include my family, my neighborhood, my elementary school and my nervous stomach. Text wove paper for the pages, Hannemeuhler Ingres Camel for the endsheets. Bound using the “Secret Belgian†binding, a 16th century binding with an interesting sewing pattern at the spine.
