How can you use natural plant remedies to enhance your daily wellbeing and health? Make your own hemp elixirs and learn about the multitude of ways you can easily benefit from their therapeutic effects. This workshop will cover the basics, the not-so-basics, and we’ll even send you home with a wellness goody bag! 

Jena Min of Baked Joint & Co. will be discussing and demonstrating the multiple therapeutic uses of hemp and CBD, and how they interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system.

CBD is medicinally recognized, providing relief for pain, anxiety, inflammation, and nausea by imitating compounds our bodies naturally produce, called endocannabinoids. These therapeutic effects can be achieved without any concerns over intoxication.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of CBD as medicine and get to sample healing foods and remedies while learning about resources for herbs, essential oils and other powerful natural ingredients. We will make a custom blend of healing elixirs to demonstrate the simplicity of daily self-care rituals that empower healing for each individual.

The human body has a remarkable ability for self-healing. With the help of nature’s medicinal plants, we can empower our bodies to counteract the deleterious effects of chemicals and pollution we are exposed to on a daily basis.

All knowledge levels welcome but an open mind is required.
