Book of Grief, 2007

The collagraph prints in Book of Grief were printed at the Lower East Side printshop as part of the Special Editions Project, 1990 in a limited edition of 4. The images were in response to the wildfires, oil spills and deforestation prevalent at that time. Later in 2007 with the continuing ecological devastation, one set of artist proofs was made into an artist book. The covers are ghost images created during the print process. Now in 2021 during climate crisis ecological collapse the Book of Grief has continued and added relevance.
