Bookman’s Progress, 2022

This book is an homage collection to Lawrence Clark Powell, literary critic, biographer and, for many years, University Librarian of the UCLA Library. The publisher, Ward Ritchie, was a longtime friend of Powell’s. Ritchie edited the selection of Clark’s essays as well as designing the volume.
