The Screening Room, 2023

The project is a pop-up artist’s book and model that envisions a screening room for Rosenberg’s animations. Using photographs taken on Governors Island, the artist created a conceptual room that features rare books, a hidden monitor, and a built-in centerpiece cabinet, inspired by furniture discovered during their Transborder Art Fellowship residency. The accompanying animation takes us through the process of making the artist’s book.
